You have the right to withdraw this agreement within 14 days without giving any reasons. According to $ 312g BGB we point out, that for goods, which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer , there is no right of cancellation (eg goods, that were engraved individually according to customer requirements).
The withrawal period is 14 days from the day on the goods passed into your possession or in the possession of a representative third person named by you, which is not the carrier.
To exercise your right, you have to inform:
Telefon: +49 2832 9300347
of your decision to withdraw this agreement by means of a clear declaration (letter via mail or email). You can also use the enclosed pdf-file, which is not required.
To safeguard the withdrawal period it is sufficient, that you send your notice concerning the exercise of the right before the withdrawal period expires.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will immediately and within 14 days from the date on which the notification of cancellation has been received, reimburse all payments we already received from you, including the costs of supply (except additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a different method of delivery than offered by us). For this redemption we will use the same method of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you expressly agreed otherwise. In no case you will be charged fees for this repayment. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods back or you have given evidence that you have the goods returned, whichever is earlier.
You have to return the goods immediately and in any case not later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us about the cancellation of this contract to us or to hand over. The deadline is met, if you send the goods before the deadline of 14 days. You bear the costs of returning the goods.
You just have to pay for any diminished value of the goods, when this loss in value can be traced back due to improper handling on you (by checking the nature, characteristics and functions of the goods).
The right does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods, which are not prefabricated and which are not clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
